What services and products are included in the offer:
Custom Website Design:
We'll create a functional, responsive website with up to five custom pages such as Home, About Us, Services, Contact, and Gallery.
Features Included:
Clear navigation menus
Eye-catching images and graphics (Client to provide)
Basic copywriting (up to 200 words per page) by GGC Media
Call to action buttons
Simple contact form
Social media integration
Chatbot Integration:
We'll implement a chatbot on your site that features an automated welcome message and pre-configured answers to 3-5 FAQs, with an option to collect visitor email addresses.
ADDITIONAL ADD ON!
Google Business Profile Setup:
If you don’t have a Google Business Profile, we'll set one up and integrate it with your new site.
If you already have one, we’ll ensure it's seamlessly integrated.
What we ask of you:
Content Provision: You’re responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and logos.
Approvals: Approve the initial homepage design to kickstart further development. Through the development, we only ask for timely feedback from you to ensure we are meeting your expectations for the site.
Timeline & Revisions:
Delivery: You’ll receive your new website within 14 business days post content provision and initial approval.
Revisions: The project includes 2-3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.
Payment Terms:
Cost: The total for this offer is $498 (including taxes).
Payment Structure: A 20% deposit is required to be paid to commence work, with the remaining 80% due upon project completion. We will issue you an invoice for both payments throughout our payment Processor Stripe.

Commitment to Quality: At GoGetClicked Media, your satisfaction is our priority. We are dedicated to delivering a website that meets your expectations.
Homepage Approval: After reviewing the initial homepage design, if you feel the direction of the project isn't aligned with your vision, you have the option to cease further work.
Deposit Refund: Should you decide to not proceed after reviewing the homepage, we will fully refund your initial deposit of $249.
Ownership:
Upon Full Payment: You gain ownership of all website content and design.
Templates and Code: We retain ownership of any pre-built templates or code used.
Domain & Hosting:
Domain: You have to the option to purchase a domain name yourself or let us handle it for you (to be discussed during initial call).
Hosting: Hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate discussions and not included in the initial offer.
Legal Bits:
No Warranties: Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Unexpected Delays: GGC Media is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party services such as domain registration, and/or from non-approval by you, the Client.
No Guaranteed Results: While we strive to enhance your digital presence, GGC Media cannot guarantee specific outcomes regarding website traffic or lead generation.
Liability: We're not liable for damages like lost profits or business interruption from using our services.
Termination: Either party can terminate the project with written notice. In case of termination, we’ll return or delete any content you’ve provided.
Governing Law:
Legal Framework: These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Disputes & Resolutions:
Process: Disputes will be addressed through negotiation, mediation, and if necessary, arbitration or litigation in Queensland.
